And we're very fortunate in the roles that we play that we're able to have that influence over people to really do things it's not about just what we do, it's about why we're doing that and you know, I think having a higher meaning to what we're doing is really helpful. So the greatest pearl I would say would be, I think of every interaction with either my patients, my staff, or you know, my colleagues that are younger than me that I'm fostering, it's an opportunity to empower them to become the best that they can be.
